Our Returns Policy

In accordance with the 2011/83/EU directive on consumer rights, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days following the date of receipt of the order. the refund takes place within and no later than 14 days

For this purpose, the customer has the right to return the purchased goods provided he notifies Zadalux within 14 days of receiving the order. The customer has the obligation to return the goods within another 14 days from the date of notification of the return.

In the event that the customer has received the goods before canceling the contract, Zadalux must be notified of the wish to withdraw and the customer is obliged to return the goods to the appropriate return address at his own cost and peril. In the event that the customer cancels the contract when the purchased goods have already been prepared for delivery, the customer is obliged not to remove the goods from the original packaging and to return the goods to the appropriate return address as soon as possible.

Following notification of withdrawal, any sum debited to the customer will be re-credited by Zadalux to his account as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days, provided that the goods in question have been returned by the customer and received by Zadalux in their original condition as delivery, in accordance with our return terms. In the event that the customer does not return the goods received or does not pay the cost of delivery, we will be able to deduct the direct costs deriving from this illegal behavior from the sum credited back to the customer.

If the goods are not returned in the condition in which they were delivered, Zadalux reserves the right to charge the customer for the cost of repairing the product.

In order to withdraw from the contract, the customer must notify Zadalux in writing or by email. We advise customers to return goods using the protective packaging in which they were received as, in the event of damage in transit, the responsibility for making a claim with the return company rests entirely with the customer. We reserve the right to return faulty products to customers which have been damaged in transit. The products must also be returned in full including, for example, cases, containers, the guarantee, the microfibre cloth and any branded tags. We strongly advise that you do not return products in padded shipping envelopes.

All goods must be returned in accordance with our returns policy.

Products being returned must be unworn and must include all accessories supplied.

We can only offer refunds on products that still have the tag attached.

We CANNOT offer refunds for glasses without the identification tag.

We CANNOT offer refunds for glasses where ophthalmic lenses have been fitted on request as they are part of personalized or bespoke goods.
