TERMS AND CONDITIONS RETURNS AND REFUNDS


In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, by notifying Zadalux in writing of the intention to withdraw. The notification can be sent by email to hello@zadalux.com or by telephone, including WhatsApp, to the number +39 049 748 3000.
Subsequently, the consumer is required to return the goods within a further 14 days from the date of notification of the withdrawal.


The goods must be returned to the indicated return address. Shipping costs and risks related to transport are borne by the consumer.


If the customer communicates that he wishes to cancel the contract when the goods have already been shipped but not yet delivered, he is required not to open the original packaging and to return the products as soon as possible to the return address.
Upon receipt of the return, Zadalux will refund the customer the sums paid and notify the customer by email, provided that the goods are returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, in accordance with our return policy.
If the customer does not return the goods or does not cover the shipping costs, Zadalux reserves the right to deduct the direct costs resulting from such failures from the refund.

If the goods are not returned in their original condition, Zadalux reserves the right to charge the customer for the repair costs or the cost of replacing the product.

It is recommended that the products are returned using the original protective packaging. In the event of damage during transport, the customer will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company.
Zadalux reserves the right not to accept returned products damaged during transport. The goods must be returned complete with all original accessories, such as cases, packaging, guarantees, microfiber cloths and any labels. The use of padded envelopes for shipping is strongly discouraged.

If you select in-store collection, the right to return the glasses for defects lapses in any case, as they were viewed by the customer at the time of collection; however, the right of withdrawal is reserved, within the terms indicated above, for non-adaptability of the frame, in the event that the person collecting the glasses is not the final consumer.

All returned products must comply with our return policy.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

Refunds will NOT be issued for glasses without the identification tag, used, or damaged.

Refunds will NOT be issued for glasses on which personalized ophthalmic lenses have been applied, as they fall into the category of custom-made goods.

For all shipments to non-EU countries, shipping costs are not subject to VAT and customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient, therefore they are not included in the shipping costs.
